Runes, as a graphical font, were invented in the early Middle Ages in Britain, obviously with the Coelbren alphabet as inspiration. Yet, the ideology behind the runes is much older indeed. We define them as Aryan proto-glyphs of high antiquity.

We find the grail runes in Matthew 2:9, where the lodestar and perpendicularity appear as space geometry, and the virgin mother with child symbolize the womb of the zodiac and the cornerstone.

Learning trade from a master is symbolized by the yew tree. And whereas a master passes on knowledge of the forefathers, the poisonous fruit of the tree is a practical tool to join those same forefathers. Julius Caesar describes how defeated Brits would escape him in death by yew tree poison.

Yew tree is a graveyard tree in Britain for ancient terminal medicine practice, such strongly indicating the British origin of the rune system.
