  Really? I think these guys come up with this kind of absurd stuff as part of their psyop to show everyone they’re in charge and can do whatever they want. It taints the pool of contestants and not fair to the biological women. But then I suggest that’s why. This is a priority item in the first few of a hundred days? Wacky and Wokey.

    This is just the beginning of the “Whatever You Wanna Call It” factory. So as we speak former men can wrestle competitively with women, weight lifting, martial arts, if you can think it, it has to be accepted. And here is the best part, a man can still have full male genitalia and simply identify as a woman and MUST be allowed in female locker rooms, allowed to compete. Never mind all the women who rely on sports scholarships, why even fight for their rights ? Biology according to some doesn’t exist anymore . . .

  Montana’s Legislature passed legislation that will keep cross-gender competition as it was always meant to be, i.e. not allowed.

      Good question… The federal government would probably say no, and some state legislatures would probably say yes. I think the authority of states vis-à-vis the federal government will, in the coming years, once again become a major controversy in the U.S.

      States rights or the antifederalist philosophy is about the only avenue left to seek relief from DC’s wacky micromanagerial busy bodies. The other is flat out ignore them with non-compliance.

      One of the ways the Federal government has an upper-hand over State’s rights to self-govern will be the Feds ability to halt some funds going to support education spending for Montana. The court system overall has some level of corruption, that could lead to problems for States that defy orders coming from the Federal level.
