  This is the main point! If the FSB, the GRU or the SVR wanted this guy or the Skripols dead, they would die and that would be it. Considering how easy it is to kill a human being, they wouldn’t fail repeatedly.

    Correct!!! Novichok is deadly, deadly, deadly. The whole Skripal fiasco was a Kliton Kabal spec-op, IMO. Skripal was high on the suspect list as being the author of the Christopher Steele Dossier, which the Klinton’s paid for. Skripal was a proven dbl-agent, and Christopher Steele was, for a time, Skripal’s handler in Moscow.
