    Foglamp – I truly hope you’re right. I can see them lowering the PCR cycle threshold after the 100-day mask nonsense, so they can claim to have conquered covid. The only thing that gives me pause: if they do that, and if they don’t replace covid with something similar, then how are they going to keep selling the public on the need for brand-new, shiny, updated mRNA vaccines? To me, part of what’s going on here is a push to get mRNA tech approved–because it’s a potential gold mine, much more so than classic vaccines. The media has floated the narrative of “we’re going to have to live with covid” (i.e., it’s going to come back every year like the flu, it will never go away, and we’re going to have to do the mask schtick every year forever); so I’m guessing that’s one of the narrative options on the table.
    
    If they do get rid of the covid story, I assume they’ll need to replace it with a new one to get people to stick to the “new normal” of permanent (anti)social distancing, rolling lockdowns, masks, etc.

      Yes, I think the scamdemic has, as of 20Jan21, served its purpose. For Biden, it will do more harm than good politically to continue it, while making Covid go away will help Biden politically.
      As for mRNA tech, I’m sure they have more cost-effective, friction-free ways of delivering it than vaccines available or under development (I nearly wrote “up their sleeves”!) – perhaps using the food and/or water supplies, or molecular imprinting or any number of others. I think Covid has been more to do with control through fear and The Great Reset than mRNA. Biden will be able to spend his way to The Great Reset without Covid.
