Glad to be here and pushing the envelope. I just wanted to rattle off something that’s been in my head for a bit and was worked loose by an Joseph said in an interview. The common meme that the ET’s attention became focused on us during the war was due to our tinkering with atomic weapons. That is a logical assumption and one heavily put forward by Stanton Friedman. However it would seem to me that having the atomic bomb alone is not enough to explain such a flurry of activity. Why should they be so concerned? Stanton always postulates in his lectures that the ET’s are worried about bringing our warfare out “there”. However he never mentions how we would do that being that officially even today we can barely send a probe to the outer planets of our own star system. I would think that the ET’s would only have been worried if we not only developed atomic weapons but also had developed a mechanism to deliver such a payload with speed anywhere in the galaxy. It was not the atomic bomb that brought on the ET’s apparently undivided attention onto us but it was the development of flying saucer technology by the Nazi’s and or whomever that did.
