They could actually give it to everybody, and not just a “random” handful. But the power structure is not yet willing to admit such a paradigm shift in monetary creation.
Will the test subjects be liberated to summon the best that is within them, or is this actually a formula for mediocrity?
Being “terminally skeptical” I don’t buy the random bit 🙂
