The idea is that quantum device operations (using supercooled conductors) could affect consciousness on a local scale. Is this a by-product, something deliberate or a phenomenon that was discovered and then used in social engineering experiments?

Last time US started implementing ‘protective tariffs’ against a foreign country, it didnt turn out quite well.. (Jews in US banning German goods in US following reports of anti semitism in Germany..) I wonder how the Mexicans in the US are currently living this situation..
