Just a heads up for those lucky enough to not have a smart meter installed yet. I was notified via post card of their intent to install. What the potatoe head didn’t know was this is a presumptive contract. A friend in WV just notified me of an A21/30 forced Ambulance Service fee, forced water and sewer hookups and forced zoning. He trashed the contract mailed to his uppercase strawman. This presumes he just opened/accepted the contract.
If you get mail of this sort, do not open it. Pony up the postage & write undeliverable/not accepted & send it right back to them. They will have no jurisdiction over you as you haven’t agreed by presumption.
