      I think the concrete is a non-issue. I just power washed my patio & it was covered in black gunk. The green/yellow could easily be pollen. I was looking for cracks in her concrete & didn’t see any.
      EMF causes micro-fissures in concrete & also promotes mold big time, so i guess it could be one, the other, or both. A bit of clorox should take care of it.
