    Update: Sec. of State Rex Tillerson has issued the following fascinatingly brief statement:

    “North Korea launched yet another intermediate range ballistic missile. The United States has spoken enough about North Korea. We have no further comment.”

      What is there to say if, as is probable, N.K. is not a real sovereign State actor?

      It doesnt matter. I suspect that this new ‘hard line’ being taken is due only to the fact that NK now has ICBM capabilities. Until then, they were just an minor annoyance who might or might not kill some asians. Seeing as USA is n° 1 Asian Killer in the world. (thanks A-Bomb) I’m sure they didnt really care up until the ICBM capabality came along.
