check out weatherwar101’s theory. its simple enough. more simple than ww101 lays it out. water vapor generated industrially and coordinated. micro and other wave pumped nationally and internationally off nexrad and wsrad industrially and coordinated. nanometals sprayed industrially and coordinated (and now by drone aircraft). throw in a few twists with heterodyning and plasma energy and we’re going on at least our 80th year of weather control – yep that word is control.
I’m thinking that control is the master word.. I wonder if these guys were working with Travistock.
