Macron’s polling numbers are falling in a rather dramatic fashion. Le Pen’s are on the rise. Le Pen has been forceful and successful in portraying Macron as the visible face of uncontrolled globalisation. [Also, the continued characterization of Le Pen as “far-right” is absurd.]
