To all of my new (and old) friends. Please forgive me for not being more sociable. I’ve been working some very long days. Come December 26 things will be back to normal. I will be spending more time on the site then. For now, have a Wonderful Holiday Season. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy New Year! Thank you to all members for your comments, questions, and friendships. Thanks to Daniel for keeping the machinery oiled and the Dialogues!
