Mylar, grill sheets, grill paints, Copper > Aluminum, (even though aluminum blocks torsion fields according to Kozyrev hmm), mirrors that point out from the home, laser goggles?, silver infused clothing, silicon oven mitts will block vibrational waves, also heat resistant. The best way to recuperate is probably to sit/lay down on the ground in a signal-free area…
