    I am going to have to re visit the last 2 vidchats especially when Doc outlines the patristic thinking behind the immaculate conception. By golly that was a tough one to digest….

      Correction: there is NO patristic thinking on the IMmaculate Conception: this term does NOT designate the church teaching concerning Christ’s Virgin Birth, but rather, this term (Immacuate Conception) designates a peculiar teaching of the Roman Catholic Church, and the Roman Catholic Church ALONE, concerning MARY’s birth.
