OMG!! .. these “beings” are a different species ..
Much like JD Rockefeller and the dimes that he so “generously” gave away to the awe-struck populace…
Anyway they are still the “outer” circle though quite high up: their bank accounts and shareholdings can be made valueless with the flick of a switch… not to mention the control files.
And Reagan’s promised “Rising Tide” not only didn’t lift all boats, but left them in dry dock (those who had boats!) . . . and it paid for fancy luxury yachts for the wealthy!
