I was talking today with some of my friends from Spain living here. They all more or less agree, that Spain should get out of the European Union. Is not out of Nationalism or anything like that, because my friends from Spain are kind of liberals in their world views. Is more out of the necessity for each European Country having their sovereignty back, that way the craziness can be contained within each Nation. An European Power block is a bad idea, it can turn out into a Nazi block on steroids.

Each country over there has his homegrown pool of Nazis, just waiting to get out, capitalizing from this immigration crisis. There is a stench of white supremacy, no matter how much people deny it and they hide it behind Nationalism. This is why in the mist of a debt crisis my friends from Spain are living here, race relations in Puerto Rico are far more advanced than anything they saw in Europe and the United States. People here lived under a monarchy for 400 years and no matter what race, everybody was considered a subject of the Crown. My neighbor is a white man from Texas married to a Native South American woman Yup!
