  Naaah Dana.. he wasnt talknig about a verbal agreement with the governement, he meant the verbal agreement with the secret governement behind them 🙂 or the repilien underworld overlords.. No point getting agreement with bureaucrats when your workers keep getting eaten by 8 foot tall lizards… (O.o)
