If you want to “bring round” a country to your way of thinking, why would you cut internet links to sources of information that might provide this alternative view? Answer: you wouldn’t. So Russia opens a new one and China keeps their internet link open… but this article seems to suggest that the US would want to cut the internet to N. Korea, which seems to imply that US doesn’t really want to persuade anyone in N. Korea of anything. Of course this story will be spun in the western controlled media into more Russia hysteria.
