    I have been thinking a lot about Dr. Farrell Russian Webinar. And Dugin Leviathan and Behemoth concept.

    Right now in The United States a huge paradigm shift is taking place with President Trump Tax Reform.. Overseas Company’s will pay higher taxes. I think this relates a lot to the Russian Webinar because Trump Tax Plan is to secure the Land Base structural Power.

    In Puerto Rico this represents a DEFINING MOMENT. Because many multinacional companies in Puerto Rico are considered Foreign for federal tax purposes. A decision was made by the local Government and Congress. These companies are going to be domesticated they will now be under the Federal Tax System. I cannot even begin to describe HOW HUGE THIS IS.

      The clear risk: PR will get the tax disadvantages while remaining a colonial territory…. In any case, the whole question of what taxes are and whether, why and how they should be levied is another big part of the world “financial reset” now under way.
