Linda Moulton Howe prefers the term confirmation to the now discredited term “disclosure”

If they still have not figured it out, they must either be lying, or we are dealing with a supernatural phenomenon of sorts, like ghosts, demonic possessions, and similar types of unexplained phenomena. Or maybe something that is only partly manifest physically, at least in our 3-D world, perhaps existing in other dimensions simultaneously.

But it is also possible that they know at least the origin of some of these things, and they are not telling the public: (1) to avoid panic, (2) to avoid erosion of government power (some power higher than any government), (3) to keep technology they found for themselves (why share it with other countries when you can have an edge with secrecy?)
