with the murder of the judge does that give the President an option to appoint Mrs. Clinton? She would be there if the birther thing comes up with either the Pres or Canada. Would Congress pass her just to get her out of the White House race? She could keep all the Foundation wealth and still be in a power position. if issues on Benghazi etc. come up she would step aside and it may be a ‘tie’ on the court which would let things ‘stand.’ from lower courts, etc. Interesting thoughts.
