Dont know what it means.. but apparently for the Hawaii thing.. Brock Long wouldnt let Hawaii send out the ‘false alert’ message for 30 minutes .. that’s why the alert wasnt rectified…. apparently.. At least MSM is saying that its FEMA’s fault that the alarm was left in ‘real mode’ for so long….
Brock Long was handpicked by Trump back in April 2017.. So.. did they keep the DEFCON1 status up for a reason??
