I dont know why this is making me tingle… it just seems strange..
On June 19, 2017, we have the MTA annoncing the following :
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) today announced the appointment of Cedrick Fulton as the new President of MTA Bridges and Tunnels. Mr. Fulton will join the MTA on July 10 and will replace Tim Mulligan, who has been serving as Acting President….

July 10….. then on September 25…we have a 45 million dispense to build weird metal towers on the bridges.. which is already done.. They’re in place.. ordered, built and put into service within 2 months and a week of getting into his position.. its already done.. (this tickles me.. because it reminds me of the ‘time delay’ between Helms getting his position and MK Ultra starting up…)

  So that was in Sept 2017.. This happened in October 2017…. So…. the subway is that bad that they may not be able to pay for reparations, etc.. but shiny new metal towers are given priority..???
