    G.A. Stewart, the author of the blog, “The Age of Desolation” thinks that Obama was groomed to be the “Al-Mahdi” of the Islamic Hadith. He posits the question, “Was Barack Obama looking for legendary religious items in the Middle East and especially Syria that would make him Al-Mahdi? The prophecies in Islamic Hadith predict that Al-Mahdi will recover The Ark of the Covenant and The Ring of Solomon when his army conquers Syria”

    F/UK/US is relentless about getting into Syria. I think that this is what the war in Syria is really about.

      This article seems to be more a hodge-podge of quotations and pictures rather than an actual analysis of symbolism, but the basic idea of “grooming” Barrack does call to mind the attempts by the Western oligarchs, going back to Kaiser Wilhelm, of manipulating the Islamic world for geopolitical purposes.
