    Ok… for those of you patiently waiting for the “old tome”, I have successfully FINISHED the project and uploaded volumes 2-4 to Lulu, and have ordered proof copies, as the proof copy of volume 1 turned out ok. When these arrive, I will look at them and if they look acceptable, will convert all four volumes for public sale at Lulu. I’ll post a notice here on the website and will try to get Daniel to put up links in a separate section here on the website. Patience! It’s almost done!
