The official meme in the Vietnam period was “communist mind control”. Then came the MK Ultra releases. This “toothpaste” was just too much to get back into the tube. Nevertheless, after all the hooplah about Soviet psychotronic weapons, the narrative then said that this was just a fantasy (completely illogical; why were they so convinced before?). In the internet age, with online patent publication, we now “suddenly” discover mind manipulation devices actually in the public record, though expressed in convoluted language that requires interpretation. The files shown here on the other hand use much clearer language, perhaps meant for circulation to people who didn’t have time to waste.
