I think the French will say “Non merci” to this kind offer.

Total will probably get a special exemption.

Reason: the cowardly ayatollahs sold out big time to France,
they had to give unheard of incentives because nobody else
was willing to invest in Iran. The French basically own that
$2.9 trillion gas field. China does not have the tech for
that stuff — Iran begged the Chinese in the past to come,
they came tried, and failed, due to lack of technology. And some
corrupt people got bribed in Iran. But Iran had no other choice, while
the same gas field is being emptied by Qatar (shared field with Iran)
with the help of Total. In other words, The giant gas field is effectively
only explouted by Qatar. Iran keeps losing its side of the reserves, as
the Qataris are sucking out all the gas with French help. So, mullahs
had to effectively sell out to France. And France will never get a
better deal in any other country.

It is like the uranium mines for the French, they are making a killing.
