This is frightening … Behold The Artificial Intelligent Baby X ..
    Link .. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__zoM97fauA

    • What distinguishes ARTIFICIAL from NATURAL intelligence?
I have some guesses and ideas but … what do YOU (all) think?
The distinction is not so clear-cut as it seems to me.

      • Horrible and frightening indeed.

To be honest, with an artificial human baby, I think it can fool me, except maybe, just maybe, when it blinks and its eye pupils don’t dilate. However, I think when it comes to an adult human/artificial interraction, I am sure that there will be other nuances that will give them away. I don’t want to look at the body mannerisms because I think that’s where I will be tricked. I think the eyes or something in them that will be the way we can learn to identify these things from biological life.

        • I don’t know what scares me more .. The glee of ITS creators or the THING itself ..
          It’s another BOTH / AND .. for me ..

        • I feel like I’m watching a sci-fi film! What about aging? Trade it in for an older model? Also, I do wonder if human emotions could influence it . . . could they be transferred to the ‘robot’, eventually animating or ‘humanizing’ it?

      • What i was trying to say is that our conscious mind is in many ways an artificial form of intelligence (not entirely, but largely, esp. among engineers/scientists) … not the product of “natural evolution”

    • Another example of can we with apparently no thought of should we. “They will be able to do whatsoever they choose to do” (or words to that effect.)
