      Personally, and I’ll get shredded for this (into millions of tiny pieces) …

      If I’m in *any* doubt about what I am eating or drinking, or the person with whom I am relating to, or wherever I am (sometimes even at home), I say a prayer for protection or blessing It’s as simple as that. I think it works for me. I am seeking the help of a Higher Power that I trust will look out for me. If I do this regularly, I sense that I walk the right path.
