From all recent indications the title of the book would appear to be something along the lines of “Die Philosophie und Metaphysik von Affektenlehre”. A totally abductive move on my part and fitting here, I think, as most logicians and Cognitive Neuroscientists think abduction to be non-existent as well. I can well imagine that if as part of the writing of this book you spent a great deal of time in serious consideration of the possible insidious (i.e applied philosophy for evil) uses of this cenoscopic science (The sort of science that is founded upon the common experience of all men was recognized by Jeremy Bentham under the name of cenoscopy, in opposition to idioscopy, which discovers new phenomena. — This line is from C. S. Peirce’s review of (one of your “favorite” people) Wilhelm Wundt’s Principles of Physiological Psychology). that you come away from this writing experience with a sense that the subject has a very dark aspect. If memory serves me in a recent program with Daniel Listz (X Series – VII – The Orphic Circle, Plato Mysteries, & The UFO File) during the Q & A you replied to a question concerning the origin of evil that at the end of the day evil is a choice. Given that I am (fortunately or unfortunately as one may view) a card carrying member of that most reprehensible group known as “professional philosophers” I can both sympathize and empathize with you in your consideration that something you love (in this case music) and is such an integral part of your being instead of using it for the upgrading and uplifting of mankind (excuse the political incorrectness) could and would be with malice aforethought instead used to control, manipulate, and degrade mankind.
A slight aside … there is an episode of Lost in Space (The Great Vegetable Rebellion) where the Space Family Robinson (a comic book series that came 3 years before the t.v. series) ends up on a planet, thanks to Dr. Smith of course, where the highest forms of intelligence are plant life. Alchemical and Transhumanistic ideas in popular culture … nah … Carrots and Celery and Potatoes oh my.
