The Army keeps the Poppy farmers and their farms safe from the Taliban and other poachers. Special Forces from all branches keep them well stocked with food, medicine, seeds and plenty of American made petrochemical fertilizers and herbicides, fungicides and insecticides made by Monsanto. Marines manage the industrial level production facilities where the raw opium is cracked down into it’s various street products and make sure Big Pharma gets their cut to keep all of their opiate popping clients from having to buy the shit from some poor urban kid like the rest of us have to. The Air Force does both local and regional air transportation to user nations and provide an kinda FedEx overnight/next day service globally for smaller tonnages.The Navy does all of the heavy lifting and bulk shipping to their customers around the World. The funds generated don’t ever have to be accounted for and there are no restrictions on what it can be spent on. It comes to an estimated $425 Billion to $675 Billion USD per year. Every Year.
