Now that our government has declared they don’t have to declare where and how much they spend, the FDA, with greater “flexibility” allowed by the 21st Century Cures Act, is proposing that IRBs have more flexibility in waiving informed consent rules:

If the government doesn’t have to declare where and how much they spend then why do we?
Very simple: it’s because the USSA is an oligarchy: one set of laws and rules for the nomenklatura… I mean, the rich and powerful, and another set of rules for the rest of us.

So lets get this clear, the US government is not going to tell the people where they are going to spend the peoples tax money.
Eh are they unaware that they owe the Federal Reserve 21 trillion dollars, oh yeah I forget none of the political folks want to talk about that.
