Good luck staying alive in one of these if you dare to venture onto an expressway where “dualies” and semis are traveling over 60mph. I learned my lesson in a RAV4 when an idiot crossed a median-less roadway, not entering the left turn lane, but made an immediate turn from the passing lane into my oncoming roadway. I didn’t even have time to say “oh Sh–” before we were bounced 180 degrees back onto the shoulder with just rubble for a car and neck and back injuries that prevented my attending the Bastrop Secret Space Program Conference. BUMMER. I don’t go smaller than a Range Rover now, even one with 200k miles on it.
