@joseph Would you happen to have the sketch of the Great Pyramid “Hinged Door Text”? I ran a pretty detailed search but what I found appears to be photoshopped.
What I did find is the 1842 – 1845 Prussian Expedition to map the Egyptian pyramids funded by Friedrich Wilhelm IV. I went through Carl Richard Lespius’ text, DENKMÄLER AUS AEGYPTEN UND AETHIOPIEN, and the only “non Egyptian looking hieroglyphs” I came across are below. Would anyone like to translate the German and gift me with a rough idea of what I’m looking at?

The picture that you’ve posted is what I have seen. It resembles the sketch I saw years ago from the Prussian expedition.
