I love mushrooms.
you and me Zeke. Picking wild mushrooms in forests is kind of unofficial national hobby in Poland
Mushrooms are one of the few foods with vitamin D…D2. Vitamin D is at the top of that nutritional pyramid and if it’s out of whack all minerals/vitamins are. Met a microbiologist that helped me immensely when I became EHS/mineral deficient w/resting Parkinson’s symptoms. The medical mafia’s D-Hydroxy 25 benchmark is way too broad…35-100. Once sufficient all symptoms disappeared w/D3 supplementation after one year with a blood level of 50.
FWIW, many folks in the military stationed far north succumb to March madness from lack of sun/D deficiency. D supplementation, tanning beds then lithium is their preferred hierarchy of treatment.
I’d gamble many a neurological malady attributed to D deficiency.
I recommend looking into Beta-glucans, which are especially present in some mushrooms like Cordycep, Reishi and others. Products easy to find at low cost as well.
Seems to be good advice. Clif High has recently been talking about the benefits of high-dosage vitamin C and mushrooms in the prevention and treatment of cancer. The work being done by Spooky2 with Rife frequencies, scalar fields and radionics is also extremely interesting.
Thank you. 😉
Going to give morel hunting a shot in a few weeks when the leaf of the elm gets the size of a mouse ear…or so I’m told.
