I would like to see actual proof, not just supposition. (Not that I don’t think it is probable, but exactly who is the USG that is being blamed for the NWO activity?)
In covert operations, deniability is essential and carefully planned/structured; so proof will not be available unless somebody goofed. Good old “cui bono” is usually the best guide.
