What could the Director of the British Government Communications Headquarters (the British NSA/Five-Eyes agency) possibly have to contribute that wasn’t classified – under Chatham House rules or otherwise? Chatham House rules basically means, “Let’s share classified information in our assembled group and take it upon ourselves voluntarily to not tell anyone outside the group that we have done so.” I wonder whether those attending voluntarily choose to apply Chatham House rules to their emails and other communications between meetings, too? Can Assange appeal to Chatham House rules? What a slap in the face of integrity! These creatures have neither integrity nor shame. Shepherds needs sheep. Sheep don’t need shepherds.
