I most certainly don’t keep up enough on my wall, but I am an astrologer. So if you look for my wall on Giza Death Star, I was in the June 21, 2019 vid chat just so you know that you have the right person. Blessings.

Vedic?
Yes, if you would like. When I was in the chat, I was doing a Western/Chinese combo, which I can rapid fire, but it lit so many people up, I didn’t get a chance to reply before I had to go so I put the light on for them on my wall. A Vedic chart will take some time, but that’s my first love and I will do that too.
Can you recommend any books for a beginner?
How about the southern hemisphere?
TIA. 😉
I learned southern first. Brihat Parasara Hora Sastra first and foremost. I had a program that I actually have to replace because the hardware isn’t compatible with my Mac anymore. That is Parasara’s Light. Not sure if it is compatible with my current MacOS. I have to find that out. The best beginner book that I used is called ‘Planets in the Signs & Houses’ Vedic Astrologers’ Handbook II. I have several other books all upstairs right now. When I started out, I had assignments and handouts that my teacher gave me. He printed a chart for me every week and read. Those were my three staple books. For now you can go online and enter your birthdata for free on any number of Vedic websites. Just see if they give you an option for which chart. I use Cyberastro, but they only have a Northern Chart, which I understand too, but I like their features and I signed up with them before there were other Vedic websites. I had no idea that Vedic astrology had become so popular now. I have been like a metaphysical hermit living in a cave. Dark Journalist and Joseph seem to be exposing me to a whole new crowd. Nice!
Thanks much!
Someone recommended The Inner Sky by Steven Forrest to me. Have you heard of it & if so, what do you think?
Me thinks I was born under a bad sign. ;D
I haven’t heard of it, but it certainly couldn’t hurt. I have quite a few bumps in my own birthchart. It’s not really good or bad. It’s about learning how to work with the energies. Dealing with your chart is a matter of how much resistance we have and of course releasing our ignorance. The most important thing is that we get to it and remain conscious and not look for pain.
