Some interesting points here, though they seem to imply that thoughts actually ARE electrical brain impulses (the old paradigm) and not that such “brain waves” may simply be indicative of somr thoughts, or of about-to-be-verbalized speaking. It is the latter, in fact, that tend to be detected even by apparently non-telepaths – such as when you “know” who it is as the phone rings. Naturally, all the “wonderful” mind manipulating technologies proposed will work all the better if you deliberately “tune in” to them.
