This confirms the need, as Catherine has often said, to look into the management of your own city. However, I think the “strange energies from Space” (as Clif High puts it) are also affecting bureaucrats’ minds. A few days ago the City of Rome issued an order against sitting (yes SITTING) on the Spanish Steps one of the iconic spots for tourists.
