The one question I have is whether countries across the world are attacking each other in more insane and convert ways or whether there is one outside force attacking the large infrastructure of various world powers.

I saw it mentioned that all glass in the building was blown out. I can’t help but wonder if perhaps this was included in reports about the incident as a sort of Easter egg for those who have eyes to hear, referring to a certain type of technology.
Additionally, this type of facility would probably have several levels and/or sub-basements, right? I wonder what kind of explosion would be capable of reaching into the Earth?
Russia is under serious attack. I wonder who is doing most of it: USA, China, MIT, Nazi International?
