    Rick Perry, the U.S. Secretary of Energy who recently announced that he plans to resign later this year, has been nominated by the New California State movement to be the interim governor of the proposed new state.

      That is an interesting proposal as Gov. Perry actually was very beneficial in terms of bringing commerce to TX when he was active here. Beware, though. Rick is a politician.

        Are you aware of the graft in his hi-way projects as gov?
        Instead of employing folks in the ussa, the contracts were repeatedly awarded to a company in Spain.
        Then there’s also A21 housing developments, land titled on the blockchain that an Amorikan national is excluded from purchasing.
        RP’s palms are so greasy you’d think he worked in a lard rendering plant…but I guess that’s just how our sausage is made. Chorizo…

        Maybe they’re hoping he’ll overcome the high speed rail boondoggle. Californians need to look at what happened in Texas re the Trans-Texas Corridor/NAFTA superhighway boondoggle which was highly protested by citizens and failed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans-Texas_Corridor
