@joseph Hi Joseph, I just purchased the first in the God, History and Dialectic and wondering if there was a mistake in the formatting on the book. The book I received as a printed area of a little over 3 x 5. Is this normal? And should I expect the same from the other books in the series?

  Yes… it’s an artifact of Lulu’s reduction process. But look at it this way: there’s plenty of room for marginalia… 🙂
