Meteor explodes over the Irish Sea. At least this one was normal, falling vertically, unlike the Chelyabinsk “meteor” that was flying almost horizontaly.

I would assume that the angle of approach is key as to determine what the trajectory looks like once it hits the atmosphere or I am missing something? What do you suspect the Chelyabinsk thing was? Havent looked at it and have just assumed it was a rock from space.
There has been considerable discussion of the Chelyabinsk incident by Dr. Farrell since it occurred back in 2013, including the issue of the almost horizontal trajectory visible in numerous videos, as well as what appeared to be a “shot” fired at it. That was one of the most-filmed “meteor” incidents in history, since in Russia vehicles are required for insurance reasons to have dashboard cams.
