      Interesting if true. I see that the article was first posted in the Epoch Times. To me, this raises my suspicion a bit. Epoch Times is owned by NEW TANG DYNASTY, which was founded in 2001 by “Falun Gong” practitioners and based in NYC. In short, it could easily be propaganda aimed at pro-democracy movement in main land china whilst simultaneously be rubbing D.C. opposition the wrong way.

        I knew it was Falung Gong but i reasoned Falun Gong is a designated enemy of Chinese communist party may
        have their very “right reason” to post the speech if it was secret. So it can be propaganda either way or both we simply dont know, as Sun Tzu said in his book its all about deceit and deception.
