I don’t get it, the money comes out of pay pal every month. i changed my password again today but no matter what all member stuff is innaccessible, i get an endless loop taking me back to the login page even though i’m clearly logged in, it shows it in the top right corner by picture and user name. is my account broken or the whole website?

You’re not being recognized as a FULL (Paying) MEMBER for some reason. (Perhaps the PayPal Account involved is not under your own name, e.g. … ?)
Under SUPPORT (above), click on ACCOUNT SUPPORT to begin the process of making things right.
I’ve occasionally had this problem but if I keep trying, the looping stops. Probably time for a note to Daniel.
I recently had a tech issue which should have been easily fixed with a refresh, but I had to physically restart my computer for the changes to be made . . . might try that . . .
Under COMMUNITY (above), by clicking on MEET THE COMMUNITY, one can see who is or isn’t a FULL (Paying) Member, by the website’s own lights. Malikail wasn’t listed as a FULL MEMBER when I checked earlier, yet it was stated that “money comes out of pay pal every month” [for membership privileges].
If the PayPal account in question is not in the member’s own personal name, … if, for example, it’s an account belonging to the member’s spouse or other family member, it causes a problem for the Giza “system” and Daniel will have to fix it.
Same here .. I was having SO much trouble with log in and PayPal issues .. I had to quit the members section completely and I miss it greatly .. I forwarded the problem onto Daniel and his response made even less sense .. In the end I just gave up .. It was driving me nutz .. As with everything .. it USED to be easy … Not any more ..
I’d recommend asking him again… I have the same difficulty sometimes with being able to speak “computer”… lol
It happens to me half of the time. I have reported it to Daniel.
Won’t help if you’re not recognized as a FULL MEMBER.
