    2.5M Pounds of Radioactive Waste Illegally Dumped in Oregon Landfill. ODOE hasn’t issued any fines associated with the illegal dumping of radioactive waste. Officials said it doesn’t meet the criteria that would qualify for a fine. ODOE expects the risk assessment action plan to be submitted by the end of April. REALLY?

      I wonder if the ODOE’s curious flexibility with regard to fines can be traced to the major shareholders of the parent company ( Waste Management Inc )? Top 4 institutional holders are Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation,: these four account for an ownership stake of approximately 1/3 of all outstanding shares.
