News from Berlin. The Bundestag (also known as the Reichstag) has been closed to the public. The next plenary session is due on 23 March. Or will they just issue another “Enabling Law”?

  Now THAT is a very scary thought… As far as I know, there is no provision for that in the current German Grundgesetz?
