    Italy: it has been announced that they will start winding down the restrictions from Easter (April 12).

    • A well-known lawyer, Carlo Taormina, has lodged a criminal complaint with the Rome Public Prosecutor, asking to ascertain the responsibilities of the Italian Government and/or its expert advisors for delaying taking suitable measures over a month after it was known that there was CV infection in the country.

      • I can definitely see the same type of behavior in France where positive action was postponed even after massive outcry until an outbreak was well established.

        • Here and in France, the politicians are in a panic, not for us, but for their own positions. The sudden shift from reassuring to apocalyptic rhetoric will be their downfall. The Italian lawsuit may also get information on the record about aspects that the “authorities” prefer not to discuss, such as the actual origin of the virus and more.
